Amber managed every detail of our family trip to the Disney Parks. She gave us options each step of the way on a reasonable timeline so that making choices wasn’t overwhelming. Amber helped plan the perfect universal vacation! I told her what we wanted and she was able to provide options and recommendations that fit our family to a T. From the type of passes to the hotel suggestions everything went off without a hitch. Plus she suggested other activities that she thought we’d enjoy - one of which was a HUGE hit for our son, the Marvel Character dinner. We had an amazing trip to Bermuda on Norwegian, cruising out of NYC. Kelly booked the cruise (2 cabins) on short notice, including disability assistance for my daughter. She had a lot of suggestions for things to do on Bermuda, too, and kept us informed right up until embarkation.
