I just returned from a star class suite on Oasis of the Seas that Shannon Schwartz orchestrated for me and 10 members of my family. Shannon was with me from the initial booking until we disembarked. I was constantly asking her questions or requesting this change or that and she always acted like I was the only client she had. She always had time for me and was extraordinarily responsive. I don’t think the woman ever sleeps or takes any time off. I would send her a message and she responded quickly. She is also very knowledgable about Royal Caribbean. I couldn’t recommend her any more highly.

My family and I just returned from our trip to Turks and Caicos. Emily made planning SO easy! It was great that she had traveled to the resort with her family in the recent past with kids similar ages to mine so I could bounce different ideas/questions to her for real answers. She helped my husband arrange a birthday surprise for me which made everything extra special. Emily is knowledgable and easy to work with, excited to work with her again for our next vacation!

My family had an amazing experience on a cruise to Greece and Rome in July thanks to Debbie’s cruise expertise! She recommended many excursions that were a perfect fit for the various interests in our family, from a wine tour in Tuscany to tours of ancient sites in Greece. This was one of the best cruises I have ever been on. We were originally scheduled to be sailing Alaska but personal issues caused us to swap to the Caribbean. Shannon handled the transfer for us, found us a great room and really took a lot of stress off my plate. She sets up making sure RC had supplies for my Cpap machine ready and is always quick to respond. She doesn’t stop helping when we board, she even responds to simple texts about questions we have while on our cruise or out on different excursions. We have used Shannon for our last 4 cruises and already have another on the books with her in April 2027. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for our previous cruise and all she continues to do to make our cruise vacations worry and stress free!

Amanda has been booking trips for my family since 2016. We’ve done two Disney trips, two Royal Caribbean cruises and now our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Sandals Dunns River. It was special to us because this was our honeymoon destination back in 2001. It was amazing to see how much the resort has changed and been updated.

Amanda was always available via email for any questions I had about the trip. We booked a club level room and when we arrived at the resort after a long day of travel, we were upgraded to a sky villa plunge pool room! It was an amazing surprise and made our trip that much more special.

Spent a week in the Costa Rican rainforest with numerous excursions and transfers. It was paradise! Everything went exactly as planned, the Lost Iguana resort was beautiful and the staff was great!!!!

Our multi-generational family had an unforgettable week at Western Pleasure Guest Ranch! From the incredible horseback riding and delicious homemade meals to the breathtaking Idaho scenery, every detail exceeded our expectations. One of the biggest highlights was the Youth Horsemanship Program. It gave the kids the opportunity to build confidence, improve their riding skills, and create a special bond with their horses. Our Alaskan family trip with land and sea tour was amazing. Caitlin does such a great job helping us plan ahead that we pack right and focus on making memories versus worrying about the details.

We just got back from a 7 day cruise on the Oasis of the Sea to the Bahamas. My family of 5 had an amazing trip! I recommend this cruise for everyone! There was so much to do for my entire family. We kept busy from the time we woke up until we went to sleep. The cruise had the friendliest staff members and they always made you feel special. From the food to the entertainment, we kept ourselves busy and had so much fun! The Bahamas and Coco Cay were amazing! We have so many great family memories.

I was having so much difficulty trying to find ones that we wanted and were close to one another but once I asked Shannon for help, she made it happen! She helped make the process seamless and answered all my many questions so when it came time for our cruise, I was more than ready to relax and enjoy our much needed family time together! We are celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary this year and wanted to plan a trip with our sons and their families. After speaking with Jen Grove, we decided a cruise would be the best option as each family has a different dynamic and enjoys different activities. Jen offered options and helped us make reservations and assisted us getting a mobility scooter for my husband. She kept in touch with us through the entire process, answering questions and reminding us of deadlines.

Our cruise on the Sun Princess to Greece and Barcelona, Spain was all that I hoped for: Beautiful sights, my footsteps where so much history has occurred, incredibly interesting and kind people along the way:. All these things made this my dream vacation. The cruise itself exceeded expectations with outstanding rooms and service from our steward, Robert, and our team of Sebastian and Roshan in the dining room was one of the high points of our days. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was ginormous compared to older ships on which we have traveled.

Barcelona was a high point also for us. The city itself is beautiful, and the people at our hotel, H10 Madison, were without match. They were so kind and accommodating in every way. We would love to visit again for a longer stay. I think I left a piece of my heart there🥰

The best excursion was our helicopter trip to Mendenhall Glacier with the dog sledding experience. It was the highlight of an amazing Alaskan cruise. Anthem of the Seas is a great ship and my favorite of the RCCL fleet.

Most travel agents shy away from booking casino offers but not Shannon. The attention Shannon gives to the details is appreciated.
