We are Living With The Magic Vacations, a small but mighty team of family travel advisors. We are looking to welcome another driven woman who is ready to build a real travel business with an experienced team behind her.
Why I Built This
Back in 2010, I had what looked like the perfect job. Great pay, great benefits… and a quiet little feeling that something was missing. I wanted work that was driven by PASSION. I kept thinking about my Disney days and how much I loved helping people experience that magic, so I started planning Disney vacations on the side.
Two months later, I was laid off from that “great job.” A week after that, I found out I was pregnant. Scary? Absolutely. But with a brand new laptop, six months of severance, and my husband saying “go all in,” I took the leap… and I never looked back!
Five years later, I was LOVING what I did, but I knew I wanted to build something more. So I created Living With The Magic Vacations to be the place I wished I’d had when I started. A place with real support, real answers, real training, and a team that truly has your back. Everything I once had to figure out alone, I wanted to hand to the next woman ready for her own leap.

This work is so rewarding, and we believe in being upfront so you can decide if it is the right fit for you.
100% Commission
Most commission is paid AFTER your client travels, so when you earn depends on your clients. Planning fees are paid right away, so there is income along the way as you grow.
Self-Paced
This business moves as fast as YOU do. The more you put in, the sooner it grows. The women who treat it like the business it is get going quickly!
You Build It, We Support You
We do not hand you leads. You build your own client base with our training, tools, and team behind you every step of the way.
It's Two Jobs
Part travel advisor, part marketer. The planning is the fun half. The other half is showing up online to attract clients, and that half is creative, time consuming, and happens for months before the bookings do. We'll teach you how. We can't do it for you.
About leads: we don’t hand them out.
We want to be really clear about this one, because it’s usually the biggest surprise.
Part of it is simply that we don’t have a pile of leads to give. But honestly, that’s not the main reason. We’ve tried sending random inquiries to advisors, and it rarely turns into anything good. Those clients shop you, most don’t book, and on the occasion one does, she doesn’t come back and she doesn’t send anyone your way.
A client who finds you because she already trusts you is a completely different story. She books. She books again next year. She tells her sister and her neighbor and the moms at soccer. That’s how every thriving business on our team was built, and it’s why we’d rather teach you to grow your own clients than hand you someone else’s leftovers.
It’s slower to start. It’s worth so much more once it’s moving.

Pro Tools & Resources. Everything you need to run your business like a pro, from booking platforms to client management to the templates we’ve refined over years of doing this.
Commission That Grows With You. Our structure is tiered, so the more you book, the higher your split goes. You’re not stuck at a flat rate forever. Watching an advisor move up a level is one of my favorite parts of this job.

Qualifications
- Currently, we are unable to hire residents of Washington and Hawaii. All other U.S. residents must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must have first-hand travel experience with a minimum of 3 vacations during the past 3 years to any theme park destination (Universal or for Disney), cruise line, or all-inclusive resort (in any combination).
- A computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection is necessary to do this job.
- Experience with computers, social media, and email is a must.
