Amber managed every detail of our family trip to the Disney Parks. She gave us options each step of the way on a reasonable timeline so that making choices wasn’t overwhelming. Amber helped plan the perfect universal vacation! I told her what we wanted and she was able to provide options and recommendations that fit our family to a T. From the type of passes to the hotel suggestions everything went off without a hitch. We had an amazing trip to Bermuda on Norwegian, cruising out of NYC. Kelly booked the cruise (2 cabins) on short notice, including disability assistance for my daughter. She had a lot of suggestions for things to do on Bermuda, too, and kept us informed right up until embarkation.
