I’m Shannon Schwartz

Shannon went above and beyond to find us the perfect cruise after the Radiance redeployment nightmare! She found us a 6 night cruise on Jewel of the Seas in an owners suite for the same dates in April as our original Radiance cruise so we did not have to change our flights. We had a total of 3 rooms with 6 family members. 1 Owners suite and 2 Junior suites. Our family had such an amazing trip island hopping in the Southern Caribbean, and my brother in law said it was the best cruise he has ever been on! Thank you Shannon for working so hard and fighting for us when Royal could not accommodate the rooms we wanted. We have 3 more cruises booked with Shannon. Can’t wait!

Shannon made it happened for our large group and she was able to give us an unforgettable experience. If you have a large party, Shannon is the way to go. She will help coordinate and also provide ample resources to help guide first timers.

Me and my boyfriend went on our first cruise April 12th-18th and we loved every minute of it. Getting on board the ship was easy and smooth. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be taking another cruise soon. Our travel agent made everything simple and easy also.

We booked over two years before our cruise day. Shannon stayed with us every step of the way. Our vacation has been everything we could have imagined because of her. We enjoy talking with her person to person and she is full of knowledge regarding our stay and every aspect of our trip. She helped us immensely and I could not imagine working with anyone else. You’re stuck with us now!

Usually we book a suite on a Royal ship with Shannon Schwartz’s help but this spring we tried Yacht Vlub on the new MSC World America. Shannon booked a duplex suite which is about the same size and configuration as a Crown Loft Suite. I will say MSC balconies seem a bit smaller than Royal. But their pull out couches are much more comfortable than Royal. The service in YC was spectacular. The Butler we had was great and the Junior Butler who acts as the Room Steward was also great. Servers in the YC restaurant are amazing as well and learn your preferences quickly. They spoil kids in YC with staff that actually fawn over kids. My 9 year old grandson loved the water slides especially the Virtual Reality water slide. He loved the Jaw Drop Dry Slide and the Ropes Course. They have 2 arcade areas which were a hit. Kids Club not so much and unlike Adventure Ocean which he loved he was not a fan of MSC Kids Club. I think perhaps the staff struggles a bit because there are so many kids from all over the world on this ship. I would say about 25 % or less were US or Canadians on our sailing 4/28. The YC White Party was a blast. The larger ship Wide White Party was a bust because it rained so was brought indoors and space too small. The YC pool deck is wonderful but the main pool decks are very crowded on Sea Days. We never went to the main dining room or regular buffet because YC pool grill and restaurant were wonderful. We ate at two Specialty Restaurants …Tempanyaki and Jean Phillipe for morning breakfast crepes. You don’t need to eat anywhere outside the YC area as the food was fantastic with a rotating menu and standards like Filet Mignon and Salmon which you can order every day. MSC private island vs Coco Cay…..,we prefer Coco Cay but MSC is nice just much quieter. Would I sail again on MSC? Probably. Only thing holding me back is their intineries which are pretty repetitive.

Our recent getaway was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, thanks in large part to Shannon, an exceptional travel agent who made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and proactive—following up regularly to ensure we had all the details we needed before departure. Her attention to detail truly made a difference.

We sailed on the Liberty of the Seas, and it was the perfect ship for a quick 3-night escape to the Bahamas. The ship offered a great balance of entertainment, dining, and relaxation—ideal for a short but fulfilling cruise.

One of the biggest highlights was visiting the new Royal Beach Club in Nassau. It completely exceeded expectations. It changed our entire perspective on Nassau; whereas we previously might have stayed on the ship, we’re now genuinely excited to return and enjoy more time on the island.

Overall, an outstanding trip made even better by excellent planning and support—highly recommend both Shannon and this itinerary!

Highly highly recommend Shannon when needing help planning your cruise. She is very knowledgeable very professional and answers all questions (even if they are crazy ones) in a timely manner. As someone who had never been on a cruise before I had a million questions and a few concerns. My mind was put at ease immediately and I was able to enjoy my cruise with my family without the hassle that sometimes comes with planning vacations. I will definitely use her expertise again in the future!!!!

Shannon booked the cruise we took out of San Juan, Puerto Rico a few weeks ago on Royal Carribean Jewel of the Seas. Jewel is an older ship it works well traveling to smaller ports if Dominica, St Croix, St Marrten, St Thomas and Barbados. This is a great itinerary if you love beaches and a new port every morning. I met Shannon a few years ago through her Facebook Page and have been using her ever since to book cruises on a number of different cruise lines. She is so very good at her job and works hard to help with any problems. From changing my mind about stateroom to other strange issues pop up, Shannon takes it all in stride and never asks me if I’m nuts. Thank you Shannon for helping me have a great cruise over and over again.

I met Shannon thru her Facebook site and she was excellent from day 1. I had been looking for a 4 bedroom suite and couldn’t find one. She knew exactly how to find it and I booked with her 22 months in advance of the cruise. She kept me apprised of all due dates and answered questions as they came up. You cannot go wrong with her.

I have been using Shannon for a couple of years now. I can’t begin to say how fortunate I have been to find her Facebook group. I can’t begin to say how helpful she is even when she is on a cruise. I will never book another cruise and not go through her. Every time I have had a question she has always helped. She is awesome and does a great job.

I have used Shannon for SEVERAL RC cruises. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but she treats you like family. I cant imagine not including my “Living with the Magic” family when I need travel plans.

Shannon was there every step of the way from booking, to payments, to travel insurance, to making sure my excursions and onboard activities were booked correctly! 5 is the most stars the system will allow me to give but Shannon is a 10! I won’t hesitate to use her again and shared her name with another passenger who’s own travel agent experience was sub par.

My family and I just returned from our 6 night Cabo cruise. It was my first Star Class cruise and it was amazing. It is definitely worth the additional costs.

We booked a suite on Symphony of the Seas nearly a year ago. Originally we wooked a spacious 2 bedroom aqua theater suite but, later, I found the Ultimate Family Suite was available. Shannon changed our booking and took care of all of the details. I am a pretty tightly wound person and I would ask Shannon a question or make a request and she always responded promptly and cheerfully. I felt like I was the only customer she had. She was available any time, any place. Unfortunately, right before our sailing, I fell and broke my hip. My daughter reached out to Shannon and Shannon talked with her about possibiities–if we cancelled or they went. My family ended up saiiling and Shannon was so helpful in last minute details. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is one in a million!

I have recently been working with Shannon on a back to back cruise vacation to the Eastern and Western Caribbean via Royal Caribbean. I have traveled on several cruise vacations by either booking myself or using a different travel company and by far this was the easiest booking and travel experience for me. Shannon lined us up to stay in the same cabin for each cruise which allowed us an easier transition between cruises and handled every question or need I had regardless of how small. I found her to be available and responsive no matter when I sent a question or concern. She was able to lay out several pricing options based on group rates and our loyalty status. I have the utmost confidence in her and have already booked our next two cruise vacations with her. I have no doubts that those two cruises (in 2026 and 2027) will be just as easy and rewarding.

Shannon went above and beyond to answer every question as accurate and fast as possible. As a first time cruiser I had a lot of questions. Her daily tips email helped use tremendously as well.

I found Shannon when I joined a Royal Caribbean suite Facebook page and I’m so glad I did! She’s very helpful and SO responsive when you send her a DM. Definitely recommend using Shannon for your cruising needs!

Shannon has now planned 4 trips for me in the last year or so and she has always been quick to respond with on point information. She is an avid cruiser so she knows all the DOs and DON’Ts.
