I’m Shannon Schwartz

This was one of the best cruises I have ever been on. We were originally scheduled to be sailing Alaska but personal issues caused us to swap to the Caribbean. Shannon handled the transfer for us, found us a great room and really took a lot of stress off my plate. She sets up making sure RC had supplies for my Cpap machine ready and is always quick to respond. She doesn’t stop helping when we board, she even responds to simple texts about questions we have while on our cruise or out on different excursions. We have used Shannon for our last 4 cruises and already have another on the books with her in April 2027. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for our previous cruise and all she continues to do to make our cruise vacations worry and stress free!

Shannon was amazing and instrumental in helping us get our rooms close to each other. I was having so much difficulty trying to find ones that we wanted and were close to one another but once I asked Shannon for help, she made it happen! She helped make the process seamless and answered all my many questions so when it came time for our cruise, I was more than ready to relax and enjoy our much needed family time together! My family’s favorite excursion was Perfect Day at Coco Cay. We didn’t want to leave there. I highly recommend working with Shannon for your travel needs. I can’t thank her enough and hope to work with her again!

The best excursion was our helicopter trip to Mendenhall Glacier with the dog sledding experience. It was the highlight of an amazing Alaskan cruise. Anthem of the Seas is a great ship and my favorite of the RCCL fleet.

Most travel agents shy away from booking casino offers but not Shannon. The attention Shannon gives to the details is appreciated.

Shannon went above and beyond to find us the perfect cruise after the Radiance redeployment nightmare! She found us a 6 night cruise on Jewel of the Seas in an owners suite for the same dates in April as our original Radiance cruise so we did not have to change our flights. We had a total of 3 rooms with 6 family members. 1 Owners suite and 2 Junior suites. Our family had such an amazing trip island hopping in the Southern Caribbean, and my brother in law said it was the best cruise he has ever been on! Thank you Shannon for working so hard and fighting for us when Royal could not accommodate the rooms we wanted. We have 3 more cruises booked with Shannon. Can’t wait!

Me and my boyfriend went on our first cruise April 12th-18th and we loved every minute of it. Getting on board the ship was easy and smooth. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be taking another cruise soon. Our travel agent made everything simple and easy also.
