Every Walt Disney World vacation deserves a little magic and with the wave of a wand and a sprinkle of pixie dust I can help ensure your vacation is magical from the very start. My planning services are backed by years of experience, the very best training, and tons of happy clients!
- In order to maximize your time in the park, I’ll use my first-hand experience, along with historic crowd information and exclusive resources to recommend the best park for your family to visit each day of your vacation.
- Currently, dining reservations (plus tours, makeovers and much more) can be made 60 days in advance. I will check-in prior to that to assist with recommendations and booking these! I’ll not only provide restaurant recommendations, but if on your dining date, we can’t snag select restaurants, I’ll continue to monitor reservations until you arrive for your Disney vacation to grab any last minute openings for you.
- Forget having to hunt down all the insider tips on your own. Between when you book and when you leave, I’ll send you a variety of tips, hints, information and updates regarding your trip. From a series of “Did you know” emails to a packet full of tips and hints, you’ll be the next Disney expert in no time at all!
- Disney’s Genie and Lightning Lanes can be very overwhelming to guests and there will be a lot to navigate in terms of using this system. I will be there with you every step of the way so you know exactly how to use it before you leave for your trip (you’ll even get a Genie Cheat Sheet)!
- You will receive a Touring the Parks Guide to help you navigate the parks each day. Your guide will include details on how to navigate the parks while utilizing or not utilizing Lightning Lanes, along with my favorite quick service locations and additional tips to help you have a stress free vacation! Prior to your vacation, I am happy to set up a call to go over your guide as well as any last minute questions you might have.
- If arriving by air, once you land you will need a form of transportation to get to and from your Walt Disney World Resort. Whether you want to rent a car or be whisked away by private transfer, I will walk you through the best transfers options for your family and book it for you.
- I know that when traveling there may be some extra accommodations that you might need, from stroller rentals to ECV rentals and even grocery delivery. I will make sure you have all the information needed to have anything delivered to your resort and will rent any stroller or ECV for you.
- And finally I will keep you on track for all of your payments and am your point of contact for any questions or concerns that might arise prior to and even during your vacation.
Cost is for up to 10 guests. Inquire with your travel planner for larger parties.
Planning services are non-refundable once the planning process has started (dining, itinerary, etc.) By purchasing you agree to these terms.
