I’m Kelly Van Eerden
My passion for travel was ignited by my love for reading and the family vacations I experienced while growing up. Those books I read allowed me to imagine distant destinations, and it became my dream to personally explore them. After I got married and started a family of my own, I had the opportunity to embark on adventures with my loved ones and we discovered the wonders of the world together. Currently, I reside in Jenison, Michigan, alongside my husband, daughter, and son.
In 2012, I faced a new challenge when I was diagnosed with celiac disease and additional food allergies. Though this presented some obstacles while traveling, it didn’t dampen my enthusiasm (plus it allows me to help guide my clients traveling with food allergies too!) I refuse to let these challenges hold me back, and I still wholeheartedly enjoy discovering new places and creating cherished memories along the way.
When I was younger, my family and I frequently visited Walt Disney World, which became a special place for us. It was only natural that I wanted to share this magical experience with my own children. Our first visit to Walt Disney World as a family was in 2007, and since then, we have returned multiple times, creating countless cherished memories together. As our children grew older, they wanted to experience new destinations, and we have explored Universal Orlando, Universal Hollywood, Disneyland, Disney Cruises, and Europe so far as a family. One of my newfound favorites which I initially experienced on a work-related trip is Royal Caribbean; I am eagerly looking forward to our first family sailing on the Wonder of the Seas next June and can’t wait to share this incredible adventure with my family! Additionally, I have been fortunate enough to explore some breathtaking all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, further enriching my travel expertise. As your travel advisor, it is my commitment to stay up to date with the latest information through continuous training and firsthand experiences. This ensures that I can provide you with the most accurate and current insights. Some of my personal favorites that I keep myself well-informed about include Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line, and Walt Disney World, just to name a few.

If you have any food allergies, I’ll be able to use my first-hand experience with my food allergies to help ensure that you feel confident and safe while traveling. I’ll help you navigate through menus and provide tips on how to order your food safely. And remember, I’ll always be just a text, email, or phone call away, even while you’re in your destination, ready to assist you in any way I can.
