I’m Devin Hanson
Growing up along the shores of Lake Superior in the land of 10,000 lakes, I developed a deep appreciation for water, nature, and adventure. This passion led to a 20-year career in outdoor education and running residential and day camps, where I mastered the art of planning seamless, enriching experiences for families and groups.
Now, as a travel advisor, I specialize in helping busy moms—women who seem to have it all together but know the value of expert guidance—create unforgettable vacations. My goal is to ease the mental load of planning, offering creative ideas and handling all the details so you can focus on enjoying your time with your family.
I live in the Twin Cities with my two teenage daughters, and I understand the juggle of schedules, activities, and family priorities. Whether I’m cheering them on at volleyball and swim meets or supporting their leadership in Job’s Daughters, I’ve learned how important it is to carve out intentional time for connection and exploration. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other families make the most of their precious time together.

I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do so throughout my life. From backcountry canoeing in the BWCA along the border of Minnesota and Canada, living in Europe for 5 months, to cruising with Disney, exploring the world is one of my passions.
As the mom of two teenage daughters I now have the opportunity to share my passion with them and help them discover the world and all it has to offer. I love watching the expression on their faces when they are discovering somewhere new – be it the ruins in Cozumel or simply walking around Nassau. All of these experiences open their eyes to different ways of thinking and remind them that they are a part of something greater.

Amazing Vacation!!
Thank you Devin for recommending the Haven Riviera Cancun!! Our all inclusive vacation included many highlights. Every staff member was kind and intentive. The service was incredible. The food at the resort was wonderful! We enjoyed each of their restaurants. One of my personal favorites was the Chef’s table at Olio’s and the hibachi dinner and show at the Japanese restaurant. We also used the spa and enjoyed massage and hydrotherapy. We will return to this resort in the future.
