I’m Carrie Ladowicz
I’m a wife, Mom of three, and military spouse. My first plane ride was at 9 months old and I haven’t stopped since. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world, experience different cultures, see history come to life, and share incredible memories with my family and friends. Whether it’s walking down Main Street in Walt Disney World or Walking through Roman ruins, I find great joy in exploring new places and meeting new people!
Each year we try to travel someplace new as a family – it doesn’t have to be a huge trip but just someplace we have never been before. I always like to remind my clients that memories can be made anywhere and sometimes in the most unexpected ways. One of my absolute best memories is when we did a private boat tour to Capri on the Amalfi Coast. The kids got to feed the fish as they swarmed around them in the water and swim on an absolutely picture perfect day. This followed by an incredible lunch on the island made for a really special day for all of us!

As a concierge travel advisor I focus on custom itineraries for each of my clients. Travel is not one size fits all and I approach each vacation with the same level of care and detail regardless of budget or location. My extensive travel and relationships with suppliers allows me to help select the best fit for each family’s needs. Whether it be a villa in Italy, a girl’s birthday trip in the Caribbean or first visit to Walt Disney World, rest assured I will be able to assist you with every aspect of the planning from suggesting the ideal location, handling transportation needs, booking any special meals, and recommending and scheduling things to do while in destination. Excellent Communication & Planning for our Family's Disney World Vacation
Carrie L. did an excellent job of helping us organize a multi-family trip to Disney World in December 2023 – January 2024. There were a lot of moving pieces with multiple resorts and rooms to accommodate everyone and everything worked out great. The daily emails with Disney World information that we would get in the weeks leading up to our trip were very helpful as well. I also didn’t know about the Reserved TSA security lane at the Orlando Airport that one of Carrie’s emails let us know about and that ended up saving us a decent amount of time in the security lines at Orlando when we were heading home from our trip. Carrie was fantastic! Offered so many helpful tips that resulted in a vacation that exceeded my expectations even during the busiest time of the season. Even though this wasn’t May family’s first time to Disney, Carrie brought so much new and helpful information that we didn’t already know! Tips and tricks provided by Carrie were detailed and easy to follow. She was also very responsive considering we were on different time zones. Would absolutely recommend to others and plan on using her again when we go back!
Amazing Trip
Carrie has been my go to for all things Disney. She booked our first Disney cruise with a stop at Disney in 2019, a trip to Disney in 2020, 2022 and two this year in 2023. She’s always ready to find the best deal and gives the best recommendations. My first trip this year I booked at a moderate and with a week or before my trip I had second thoughts and she found me a great deal at Grand Floridian.
She’s absolutely amazing! You won’t regret planning a trip with her!
