Our Alaskan family trip with land and sea tour was amazing. Caitlin does such a great job helping us plan ahead that we pack right and focus on making memories versus worrying about the details.

We had a great booking experience with Caitlin. She explained details and was patient while we tried to figure out the best options for our family. She was available for questions all the way up until we stepped on the cruise. The trip was fantastic!

Caitlin made sure I was comfortable and she quickly answered all my silly questions. I will highly recommend her to family and friends! I am happy with my decision to get some help for the cruise instead of trying to figure it all out on my own.

Caitlin helped us take all the guesswork and all the unknowns out of planning our first cruise. Emails about what to expect and how to prepare throughout. Even a fun surprise phone call from Goofy for the kids. It was one of the best and magical vacations we have had!

We wanted a chill vacation, with minimal effort and planning on our part. We have a 6 year old and 10 month old so easy was most important. We needed a trip that wasn’t stressful and Caitlin made it happen. I would never have booked a cruise on my own, it would have been so overwhelming and we would have shown up really unprepared. Working with Caitlin made this the easiest trip and the most fun/relaxing trip we could have with such little kids.

Whoah! Just Whoah! What can’t I say about this agent! Absolutely amazing every step of the way. If you are looking for an easy way to put your feet up and have your vacation planned for you Caitlin is your girl. Don’t think twice about hiring her magical expertise. She was able to book us the absolute best Disney cruise and it went so smoothly because of her. Me and my family will use her again!

Caitlin McDonald did an exceptional job at recommending an incredible cruise. She assisted with full payment of not only the cruise, but with pre payment of an overnight stay at the Sofitel the night before sailing the next day, and also a shuttle ride to and from the ship. This was the first time I’d ever sailed out of the country, so having things taken care of prior to arriving was a great relief. I plan on taking another Disney Cruise at some point in the future and will absolutely have Caitlin McDonald assist me in all planning. The Sofitel Hotel located at Terminal 5 of London Heathrow Airport is an exceptional hotel and the rooms are very very nice. My only comment for improvement with Sofitel is this, if your room reservation was established through a Disney Cruise , then there should NOT be an upcharge of $90.00 for early check in. Disney Cruise line is “Top Notch”. I enjoyed everything about the cruise. The Dream is Beautiful, all the staff was super friendly and helpful, and all the Disney Characters make even a sixty something age feel like a kid at heart!! I do have a couple of recommendations towards improvement. I was on the second seating for dining at 8:30pm and had scheduled 2 events which started at 9:30pm. One hour for the incredible FABULOUS meals being served is just not enough time, I’d like to see those events changed to 10pm so as not too be rushed through dinner. The other recommendation is to work on the chairs. Several of the seating on board looks good, but the foam in the seat cushion has run it’s course; therefore, making the seats very uncomfortable. I have and will continue to recommend Disney Cruise Line for a vacation! Thank you.

My experience from starting with the idea of taking a cruise to seeking help from Caitlin McDonald – Travel Advisor with Living with The Magic Vacations was a pleasure from the start. Seeking her advice on not only the cruise package to fit our “Wish List” but help on suggesting port of call excursions. I have been fortunate to have taken several cruises over the years. but Disney Cruise has been the most enjoyable of them all. First class service from the moment you walk aboard to the the moment of departure. Although I have no kids of my own I loved

watching them in the atrium in awe of all the characters! I appreciated all the adult areas provided for our enjoyment. The only 1 disappointment to my exprience was no all inclusive drink package offered. I however wouldn’t let that stop me from booking another DIsney cruise, maybe next time a Mediterranean Cruise.
