This is My Story
Hi, I’m Aly Hirst, Travel Advisor with Living with the Magic Vacations! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a Disney-obsessed gal. Even though I didn’t take many Disney vacations growing up, I can remember requesting the old vacation planning videos that Disney use to send in the mail; I would watch them over and over again to learn every nook and cranny of the Walt Disney World Resort as well as the Disneyland Resort and Disney Cruise Lines. I was thrilled to be given the opportunity in college to participate in the Disney College Program for a semester – who didn’t want to spend a semester of college living and working at the Walt Disney World Resort? (Bonus for me – I moved down to Orlando in January that year so it was the best winter escape for me from snowy New England!)
I’ve traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort countless times, both prior to having children of my own with family and friends, as well as with my husband and our two daughters. I’ve experienced all of the holidays and special events celebrated across the resort ; Epcot is my favorite park so I especially love visiting for the International Food & Wine Festival in the fall. I’ve been the “Disney Expert” for my friends and family for years and am always excited to share my love of Disney and spread a little bit of pixie dust. I look forward to helping you plan a magical vacation!
We have visited Walt Disney World many times and have always chosen to do our own planning until our most recent trip in April. After several cancellations and rebooking due to Covid we decided that it was time to get some help from Aly. We are so happy that we made this decision. Aly was amazing in planning every detail and made our trip most magical. My Dad needed some special accommodations and Aly was on top of things and made it an extra special trip for him by requesting the most perfect room location. Making dining reservations is always an ordeal but not this trip as Aly did this for us and was able to get all of our 1st choice restaurants.She always got back to us immediately when we reached out and consistently went out of her way to make our experience memorable. We highly recommend Aly and will most definitely use her for all of our future travel arrangements.

Aly was the absolute best! We recently went to Disney World and from before booking, after booking and during our trip, Aly was there every step of the way, booking our reservations, rebooking/canceling reservations, answering questions and even filling out forms for lost items during our trip!
