Jen was a fantastic coordinator for our recent family cruise to Alaska. She was available each and every step of the way (and for the numerous questions and concerns) and was exceptionally helpful particularly with options for my mobility-challenged parent. We will definitely be working with Jen again in the future for other vacations and cannot wait!

Jen organized the most amazing girls’ trip. We had great food, spectacular excursions, photo shoots, personalized Corkcicle water bottles, and a VIP beach day including private cabana with rum tasting and a specialty lunch prepared just for us. Jen Grove is an absolutely amazing Disney Planner. She was incredibly helpful and kind from the start of planning my trip all the way up until we were back home. I had close to zero knowledge of the Disney world- nothing about the parks, terminology, rides, resorts, etc and she walked me through each step. She is such a joy to work with and I know we will be using her again when we, inevitably, end up back at Disney 🙂 We had the best time and such a magical trip and I couldn’t thank her more!!

We recently went on a celebrity cruise. Jen did a wonderful job from “Picking” the perfect boat, itinerary and the room. She also obtained the travel insurance for us. Basically we just had to pack our bags. Periodically we would receive emails with important instructions from Jen regarding the cruise. Thank you Jen for once again giving us beautiful memories!

I recently took may 10yr old daughter for a daddy/daughter long weekend at Disney. I cannot imagine doing this without the invaluable guidance of Jenn Grove. From the planning through the execution Jenn made my daughter’s experience “The best day’s ever!” Jenn took all the guesswork out of our vacation and developed an itinerary that allowed my to put my focus on my daughter and not our schedule. All I can say is thank you Jenn for being a true professional and planning a weekend that my daughter will never forget!!

I would like to thank Jen for her outstanding assistance in planning our family trip to Disney! Her attention to detail and her prompt responses to my questions was much appreciated. We stayed at a Disney resort that we probably wouldn’t have chosen if not for her recommendation and the resort was just perfect. She notified us when it was time to book dining reservations gave us tips on Genie plus gave us an explanation of that confusing lightning lane! Also advised us on stroller rentals transportation to and from the airport and an about 1 million other things. During this process, Jen was always extremely positive and friendly. It has been a dream of mine to go to Walt Disney World since I was little and I wanted to take my daughters when they were younger, but it just never happened for one reason or another. They are in their 20s now and the opportunity presented itself for the 3 of us to go to Disney for the first time. I called Jen Grove because I didn’t know how to begin planning this trip. She was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and did all the work for me. She made it possible for us to see all four parks in two days and make memories to last a lifetime., without the headache of trying to figure it out on my own.
