My family and I were looking to do a Disney cruise, our party consisted of 11 people most of them have not been on a cruise. My wife contacted Aly and gave her an idea of what we were looking for. Aly was able to provide us a recommendation of which ship and itinerary to go on. Throughout the planning process Aly was reachable and helpful which helped put us at ease. Aly was even able to give us pointers on which on ship activities to prioritize and which ones we could skip. She even reached out to us on the morning our ship left to wish us well on our trip. Planning bi-yearly Disney trips have been a life long goal for me once I had children and with Sarah’s help we have made this dream come true! Sarah is so helpful with getting us the best info on hotels, food, how to spend the day at each park and answering every question we have along the way. We love Sarah and are already thinking ahead to our next trip!

Aly was with us every step of the way from the earliest planning stage until we got home from our Disney Cruise. The few weeks leading up to the cruise, it was very comforting to know she was an email, text, or phone call away with any last minute questions. She responded almost immediately and I can’t wait for her to plan our next cruise!!

My husband and I have been planning to do “decades birthday” trips with our children since they were born. Our daughter chose “Harry Potter World” for her 10th birthday and I was overwhelmed with all the ideas that the internet tried to throw at us. So we reached out to Aly Hirst to help us make the planning and booking phases go so much smoother for a trip to Universal Orlando. Aly took into account our price point and specific needs and gave us some great suggestions for places to stay and extra activities to take part in. She was there (virtually) for and with us every step of the way. We stayed at Sapphire Falls (a Universal Resort), road the boat to and from the parks and City Walk daily, saw all the things we set out to see, ate all of the foods we said we would, and made a lifetime of memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. I cannot suggest the use of a travel advisor enough. We don’t plan any trips without the guidance of Aly anymore. She is AMAZING!

From the moment we decided we were going to Disney to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday until we arrived back home, Suzi was with us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Every question anticipated and answered. So much helpful information that was specific to our trip and what we wanted to experience. When we were uncertain how the most recent government shutdown was going to impact our trip – there was Suzi. Ready, willing, and more than able to help us make sense of the evolving situation. It was an INCREDIBLE trip and we are forever grateful for your help. Core memories were made!

I could not have planned our Disney trip without the help of Amber! I had planned a Disney trip in the past but after working with Amber on our recent trip, I’ve now realized what a wonderful asset she has been over the last several months with planning our recent trip. She helped me feel at ease by not only helping me choose where to stay and what to do but the actual management of booking everything from the resort to the parks, dining, stroller rentals and navigating lightning lanes and our daily itineraries – she was fantastic and I could not have done it without her. She even got us a highly sought after reservation to Topolinos literally just hours before we had settled on a different location. So amazing!

Although I’ve been going to Disney for many years, all the changes (magic bands, lightening lanes etc) completely overwhelmed me. I so appreciated all the planning and valuable tips Andrea provided. My husband and I vacationed November 2 – 6 at Universal Studios Orlando. We arrived early at our hotel, Terra Luna. The ease of check-in was wonderful. Once settled into our room, we took the bus transportation to City Walk.

Our travel advisor, Logan Bonnes, had made dinner reservations for us at Big Sky. We highly recommend eating here. Yum!

The following days we spent at the parks. We did have express passes for Epic, which is a must for this park, however, we did not need to start using them until after lunch as the crowd increased.

Again, pur travel advisor gave us great tips and tricks each day. She messaged us each day making certain that we didn’t have a y questions and wanted to know thatbwe were enjoying every moment.

We are in our 60’s and had a blast. You are never too old to ride roller-coasters! Next trip that Logan is planning for us is Disney!

In embarking on this career path, I was not sure what to expect. I thought I would be isolated and trying to figure things out. Initially, there was a lot to learn, even with my history of travel coordinating. For every question I have had, there have always been mentors to guide me along the way and ample sources to help keep me motivated when I feel like it’s not going anywhere. I also appreciate that I have made new friends from all over the country! I didn’t know that I would be so supported in my journey.

Lastly, I love the ability to work from where I can, as a busy single mom with young kids, this has fit my schedule perfectly.

Kristy Binns worked with our multi-generational family to design a fabulous trip. From answering our many questions to scheduling outstanding meals and shows; Kristy planned a seamless itinerary that was easy to follow and allowed us to maximize our time in the parks. Even after starting the planning process, Kristy was able to find a better vacation package that saved us over a $1000. We were able to spend one day at Universal Epic Universe and three days at Disneyworld. Kristy arranged our airport transportation, selected perfect resort rooms, and gave us detailed instructions about how to navigate each park. We will definitely be using Kristy again for our vacation planning!!!
