We want to thank Andrea Trelles for helping us plan an absolutely wonderful few days in Disney! Although I’ve been going to Disney for many years, all the changes (magic bands, lightening lanes etc) completely overwhelmed me. I so appreciated all the planning and valuable tips Andrea provided. My daughter and I both said numerous times that our trip would not have been as great without all her help. So, thank you Andrea!!

Andrea was amazing!! She was so patient and was truly there “every step of the way”! She organized the best Disney trip and made sure everything was special for my daughter’s first time. It was honestly a perfect vacation! I was able to relax, have fun, and be stress free because Andrea had everything so well organized and was even available during our trip to answer questions. I cannot thank Andrea enough for creating such magical memories for us all!

This is our 2nd time working with Andrea, and it was wonderful once again! We decided to go back to Disney to hit up the parks we didn’t get to visit the first time, and booking with her was a breeze. Andrea Trellus is amazing—she was truly born for this work! My brother booked an Alaskan cruise through Costco and invited my husband and me to join him and his family for his 50th birthday. I wasn’t comfortable booking that way, so I reached out to Andrea, and I’m so glad I did! Not only was her price almost the same, but she also secured us a much better location on the ship because of her extensive knowledge of cruise ships. She even threw in extras at no additional charge through her travel company and gave us great tips for a smoother experience, as well as ideas to consider while in Alaska.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our trip two weeks before departure. That’s when I was truly grateful I booked through Andrea! She handled everything for us, and we had our deposit refunded in just a few days—hassle-free! After this experience, I’ll never book travel on my own again.

Another wonderful vacation(s) thanks to Andrea Trelles. A week with the family for Christmas at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana and then off to the Caribbean Beach Resort at Disney for New Year’s Eve. Everything was perfect. Andrea made it so easy and stress free to plan it all. Looking forward to working with her for our next expedition.

I love that I can discuss with Andrea what I want to experience on my trip and my budget and she comes back with several options for me to choose from. Andrea did an amazing job of recommending a beautiful resort within our budget and helping us plan every detail of our Christmas trip to Disney World. Thanks to her advice, we were able to do every activity we hoped to do–without spending hours trying to figure it all out by ourselves. We decided in October to take the family to Disneyland and Universal Studios in December. I was nervous about planning the trip less than 3 months in advance and understanding everything that I should do ahead of time. A friend of mine recommended her Disney planner, Andrea. I am so glad I found her! She was very patient with me and all of my questions. She gave us reasonable options for the hotels and tickets. She offered to have a few phone calls to ease my anxiety about the overload of information with regards to what to expect. Once we decided which hotel we wanted, we found out that it was no longer available. But Andrea kept her eye on it and, as she predicted, a room became available and we got it!

Andrea planned an amazing trip for me to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I told her what I was looking for in my trip and she delivered! She took care of issues with my flights before I knew there issues with my flights! While I was on my trip I ran into some hiccups with my Airport transfer and she took care of that too. She is awesome and I can’t wait for her to plan my next trip!

I cannot say enough good things about using Andrea for our family trip to Disney & Discovery Cove .
