Picture this…you told your neighbor that you’re thinking of planning a vacation to the Caribbean and they tell you all about their best friend’s sister’s cousin who went to the most amazing resort in Cancun. You don’t have the time or energy to spend hours upon hours researching and you figure if they loved it you will too. So you book the resort recommended to you only to show up and realize it wasn’t what you dreamed of at all. The kids club won’t watch your 3-year-old because the minimum age requirement is 4, you can only eat at one a la carte restaurant during your stay (yes that is a thing at some resorts) and the beach is not swimmable.
Or maybe you made the decision to take your kids to Walt Disney World Resort and didn’t know park pass reservations were required to enter the parks but by the time you find out all reservations for Hollywood Studios are booked up and all your kid wanted was to ride the Millennium Falcon. Or you get to Disney World and were so excited to eat at Cinderella’s Royal Table so you head to EPCOT in the morning and then arrive to the gates of Magic Kingdom for your reservation only to be told you can’t enter because you don’t have park hopper tickets. Or maybe you promised your kids a visit to see Harry Potter only to show up to Hollywood Studios and be told Harry Potter is at Universal which is a completely different park from Disney. I can assure you these are all real stories but I can also assure you this won’t happen to you when working with me!
You would be surprised how many times I hear the same travel mishap stories and while crowdsourcing isn’t always awful you also aren’t getting expert advice custom to your family! So while you can always get recommendations for what worked well for other families when you work with an expert you will be getting recommendations for what will work for your family!

I get to know YOU and provide PERSONALIZED packages to fit YOUR needs because at the end of the day a vacation is not one size fits all!
How it Works- The Concierge
Planning Difference
Step 1– Start by scheduling your complimentary consultation phone call. During our 15-minute discovery call, I will get to know you and what your vacations needs and wants are. We will discuss your budget, your likes, and dislikes and I will work on narrowing down the best options for you. If you still aren’t sure of an exact destination we will narrow that down during our call. I will ask ALL of the questions I need in order to provide you with the perfect vacation options for you and your family!
If you are unable to schedule a call you can start by emailing me at megank@livingwiththemagic.com and I will send you a list of questions to complete so I can get to know you better.
Step 2– I will invoice you my concierge planning fee and get right to work on your custom quote.
Step 3– You’ll receive & review your custom quote with vacation options picked personally for you including detailed descriptions of each of your options. As you go through your options I will be available to you to answer any questions to help you pick the perfect package!
Step 4– Once you have picked your perfect vacation I will take care of booking it for you! Not only will I book your package but I will also book all the things to make your vacation as seamless and stress-free as possible, from transfers, tours, dining, special experiences, and more! All you have to do is show up and create memories!
Step 5– No need to sit on hold only to talk to someone at a call center. I’m always just a phone call or text away to answer all of your questions or make any changes necessary.
Step 6– Put up that out of the office, pack your bags and create memories with your loved ones!
*Your initial phone consultation is complimentary. After completing our consultation there will be a non-refundable $250 Concierge Planning and research fee for all Caribbean, theme park and FIT vacation packages or a $100 Concierge Planning and research fee for all Cruise vacations. Group Concierge Planning and research fees vary based on the request and a quote will be provided for those services after our complimentary consultation. I do not currently book Domestic vacations outside of Theme Park vacation packages

Whether you’re planning a visit to Walt Disney World, looking to stay at a luxury All Inclusive resort or want to tour Italy, you can rest assured that I will provide you with recommendations tailored specifically to you. There are no cookie-cutter vacations when you work with me.
- I have the knowledge and expertise to help each client choose the best vacation for them. I’ve traveled all over creating relationships with resorts, suppliers and more. And because of my first-hand experience, I know the good, the bad and the ugly and will make sure I provide you with expert advice- no need to search through google for hours on end!
- I limit the number of new clients I take on per week to allow me the opportunity to focus on putting together the best options based on what you are looking for.
- I will work with you to not only choose the best vacation destination, resort, cruise or tour and then plan all of the details of your vacation including booking dining, tours, special experiences, transfers and more!
