I’m Megan Keebaugh
My love of travel began at the wondrous age of 2 with my first significant family vacation to Walt Disney World. Fast forward a few decades… I, with my husband and 3 kids (2 sons, 1 daughter), live in Loudoun County, Virginia where my passion for travel has evolved into travel planning as my profession. I’m thankful that my husband and I truly enjoy traveling together. Our first vacation together was to an All-Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana, and shortly after, it was time to introduce him to the world of Disney vacations. It was an easy decision for us to always put making memories ahead of material things, and we’ve successfully passed the love of travel and way of life to our three adventure-seeking kids. We take family vacations whenever the opportunity presents itself, whether it’s Walt Disney World Resort, an All-Inclusive Resort in the Caribbean, or aboard a cruise to a world of destinations, we’re making unforgettable memories (and taking lots of photos!) at every turn.

With more than 35 trips to Walt Disney World Resort, countless cruises (including the Caribbean and Alaska), and an unmentionable number of visits to beautiful resorts throughout the Caribbean and Mexico, I don’t know a life that doesn’t revolve around travel and travel planning. I was fortunate to live in Australia for 6 months as well, where I explored the land down under!
My professional experience as an Executive Assistant, responsible for booking travel and planning itineraries for high-level executives, made me aware that I have an affinity for tracking and managing even the smallest details of travel itineraries that are often easily overlooked. I understand and appreciate the importance of making every vacation magical, and I love helping create that for others. In order to provide the absolute highest level of service to new and existing clients, I make it a priority to stay current on travel industry news and I frequently attend training with amazing brands (like Disney, Sandals and Beaches, and Universal – just to name a few) as regularly as possible. I also travel as often as I can, usually several times a year, so I can continue providing my clients with firsthand experiences.

Megan was wonderful! Having her made our first trip to Disney so much easier. She helped map out our days, narrow down a resort, and book transportation. We had a magical time on our Disney vacay! . Megan was so helpful planning our trip and answering all of my many many questions. She also got some great dinner/lunch reservations for us and scheduled transportation for us. Great family memories made! Highly recommend using her so you don’t have to stress over the planning.
Dean Family
We had a great time. The Fantasmic show was worth sitting in the rain for. We are glad you recommended it. The girls met a lot of princesses and meeting the Wicked Witch from Snow White was a big hit. Louise and I enjoyed the 50’s cafe in Hollywood. Elaine was in character and acted just like a family member for lunch. Not sure the rest of the group enjoyed this as much as we did. I guess you had to be born in the 50’s. The Coral Reef restaurant needs some updating and the food was so-so.
The rooms at the Contemporary were nice and clean. The Incredibles decor is cute but getting into and out of the bathtub/shower was uncomfortable in that the edges are not rounded but very hard and slippery. The kids (Ash & Liz and the girls) had a walk-in shower. That would have been better for us, but they reported it too was very slippery. We walked over 50 miles during a 6-night stay. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks again for your help and recommendations. We might also add that the Autotrain was a nice experience going down, a little rough on the way back.
