Baseline Tap House is one of the fun, out of the way lounges that Disney has sprinkled around Disney World resort area! I made a stop here recently for some yummy snacks and amazing pours!
You’ll find Baseline Tap House on Grand Avenue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios right next to Sci-Fi Dine In and near what will soon be the entrance to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge! It’s a small bar with counter space seating inside and a great terrace where you can sit and enjoy some of the many on tap craft beers, ciders and wines. They have some small plates that pair nicely with the drink selections. At our table we tried the Bavarian Pretzel with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard, the coffee rubbed ribeye steak puff with olive salad and the California cheese and charcuterie board. I was pleasantly surprised by all the offerings! The pretzel was amazing, because what isn’t amazing about a giant Bavarian pretzel! The ribeye steak puff was flavorful and wonderfully light and the cheese and charcuterie was well thought out and exactly what a good charcuterie should be.
I’m not a beer drinker, but I love that they have a customizable flight! One lady in our party knew she would like the Ballast Point Black Marlin Porter the best so she was able to get 2 pours of that in her flight. I tried the Ace Space Bloody Orange Cider and it was crisp and refreshing, I loved it!
Baseline Tap House is a wonderful little respite inside a theme park. If you haven’t tried it out, consider it for your next trip!
